coming soon...a french essence make-over...




I am about to embark on a big change...  well not so much me... as the blog...

French Essence is about to have a makeover... the blog will look different but hopefully feel the same. It will be familiar, yet I hope refreshed. I think you will feel at home... that is what is most important for me... When you visit French Essence that is how I want you to feel... welcome... I want us to get to know each other more, chat more... and share our love of all things French...

I am hoping that it will be easier to browse around, to find what you are looking for and to share information... I have so many ideas to talk about and places to reference that I can't wait to concentrate on the creative and move away from the technical.

Creating a new site is a big production... like the theatre or the movies... without the planning and the dedication behind the scenes, there is no show. My new French Essence has been months in the making... designing the look and making it work... What I have learned is that trying to be simple is more complicated than I could ever have imagined...

Tomorrow's the day... I feel like a child with a new toy...  I am jumping up and down to show you...

    Ohhh, Vicki! This will fun. I love change, it makes us be more aware of things. I know I'll enjoy any changes you decide on.
    I recently changed from WordPress hosted by a server/manager to WordPress.com...the change went very well and nothing was lost.
