There is a hat shop in Paris on the rue Saint Honoré that I love. I am happy to look in the window, I am even more content to browse inside but most of all I would like to wear one of Jacques Le Corre's creations. Summer brims are my favourite; multi coloured or the more simple combinations, finely woven and squishy - the perfect hat to travel with. The brims are encircled with a fine wire and that makes the shape malleable to suit each person's face or individual taste.

ReplyDeleteAs those who know me would attest to, I don't wear hats just in case they mess up the perfect bob & I'm left with a bad case of 'Hat Hair'. However, I would gladly shove one of these gorgeous creatures down onto the bob & throw caution to the wind. I'm sure I would be immediately transported to St. Tropez or somewhere as equally glamorous. I love them big time.
